What would have happened to all of those black slaves that were freed ?
Uh.....what did happen to them. Slavery was outlawed around 1870. I guess
Mississippi hasn't received the news yet.
Democrats and LEFTISTS haven't received the memo... that's why they
keep trying to implement *FRACTIONAL SLAVERY* the Democrats think that
that the only thing that was banned/outlawed was OLD STYLE PLANTATION
SLAVERY. The fact is that all slavery except as a punishment by the
government was banned.

The particular kinds of slavery weren't specifically allowed or outlawed
in the 13th amendment except for government slavery for duly convicted
persons as punishment for a crime.

It's totally outlawed for all but a few felons where it can legally be
used as a punishment for crimes. The *PROBLEM with the Democrats* is
that they don't understand that taxes and mandates that force people to
be subservient to others is slavery and the government creating pools of
workers (Fractional slaves) and pools of recipients (Fractional slave
owners) to benefit from the labor of the other pool of workers is still
slavery and still illegal, unless the workers have been duly convicted
of a crime.

Per-capita income Mississippi: $22,694 (2016)

Were Mississippi a country it would rank around #60 out of 187, ahead of
Argentina, Mexico, China, and Brazil:
